The 4Ps Approach

Developed by Dr Jacqui Wilmshurst in 2017, the 4Ps approach provides a definitive framework that organisations, teams and individuals can use to address all 4Ps to manage workplace health, safety and wellbeing.

Whatever the size of your organisation, or which industry you are in, you likely have plenty of great employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.

However, there is still a lack of integration of wellbeing offerings with health & safety strategy in providing a complete and proactive approach to taking care of employees.

Impact is being lost through disjointed processes, dispersed expertise and a primary emphasis on reactive care (counselling) rather than risk management.

We know how to help you pool your resources towards an integrated approach, that brings the right people together and is tailored to your unique needs and challenges.
