Psychosocial Risk & Wellbeing Strategy

  • It’s the process of identifying and addressing workplace factors that affect mental health and wellbeing, such as workload, culture, leadership, and communication.
We help organisations assess these risks and develop corrective actions using the ISO 45003 framework.

  • Managing psychosocial risk reduces stress-related absence, improves engagement, and ensures compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
It’s not just good practice, it’s a business essential.

  • We carry out assessments, facilitate workshops, and help you build a corrective-action plan that links wellbeing data with HR and H&S outcomes.
It’s about creating a sustainable, measurable wellbeing strategy, not just awareness sessions.

  • A robust wellbeing strategy supports engagement, reduces sickness absence, and boosts innovation. When employees feel safe and supported, performance naturally improves.

  • Yes, we can facilitate workshops to define priorities, gather insights, and create a tailored plan that aligns with your culture, budgets, and goals.

Course Feedback

I completed the Mental Health First Aid course in November last year. This was definitely one of the highlights of 2020.

Ann Marie was a fantastic Trainer in this topic, using case studies to help us understand the issues. She was patient, empathetic and I would highly recommend anyone to do this course.
