Built from experience.
Not a textbook.

Before BMR, I spent years in operations and quality — ISO-certified in medical and aerospace, supply chain, procurement. I became a director before I was ever a wellbeing person.

That background matters. It's why BMR isn't fluffy, and why we approach workplace wellbeing with the same rigour we'd apply to any quality system.

Late ADHD diagnosis. Menopause advocate. Someone who learned early that one person believing in you can change everything. BMR is built on that belief.
